Jens Gosta Johansson's many years of making and restoration insure that you will receive service which meets the highest standards of our craft.

Jens was born in Östersund in 1973. He learned his craft in Cremona and was head of the repair department at Kurosawa violin in Tokyo.

Before opening Studio Restauro he restored fine violins at Hans Weisshaar Inc. in Los Angeles. Jens has a reputation for treating all clients honestly and fairly as they are always his top priority. Most importantly, he listens, and that means he will find solutions that are tailored to you and your instrument.
